Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. All orders ship via USPS mail with tracking. You will receive an email update with the tracking number when your order is shipped.
An actual delivery date is never guaranteed. Many factors including delivery location, weather and current USPS processing times (busier in November/December) can impact the transit time for any package.
Product Care/Longevity
Cold process soaps will typically last 3-6 weeks if used daily and stored on a draining soap dish between use. These times are only estimates and can vary depending on storage and frequency of use.
Packaging
Many of my products are shrink wrapped to preserve the quality of the product and longevity of the therapeutic essential oils. I care deeply about using eco-friendly options and use only Biolefin shrink film. It is a shrink film with mineral salt additives which enable it to absorb moisture and degrade in landfills over a period of 2-3 years.
